Quonset Microwave products come standard with 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor covering manufacturer\u2019s defects and failure of electronic components. Customer pays for shipping on any warranty claims as well as customs and import\/export fees for international orders. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, physical damage due to dropping unit, or shipping, or exceeding specified electrical inputs. Due to recent supply chain shortages, some components may not be available to repair the unit as it was originally built. In this case, the factory will make \u201cbest efforts\u201d to repair unit to condition when it was originally shipped from the factory, using engineering judgment to substitute the closest available components or upgraded subsystems. Warranty repair may take several weeks depending on factory schedule, parts availability, and complexity of repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
